The vineyards

The vineyards cover an area of about 5 acres at the foot of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines on a sandy-clay soil of medium texture with the presence of gravel in shallow water.

The vineyard management is undertaken in full respect of the area trying to use only copper and sulfur in the defense of lives, and using, for fertilization, only natural organic matter.

The limited production and rational management of green grapes help achieve excellent condition for giving life to the high quality wines that not only covers aspects of taste, but also objective authenticity and naturalness.
